Tyrrell Shed Saved By Goodwood

It’s no secret that we love cars and motorsport! So, it was music to our ears, that after 70 years, the Surrey shed that was Tyrrell’s first F1 factory has been saved from demolition thanks to Goodwood.

It was from a humble wooden shed in Ockham, not far from Fetcham Park, that a handful of engineers conceived cars that conquered the racetracks in the hands of Jackie Stewart and Francois Cevert.

The shed now stands restored on a prominent site at Goodwood and recently played an important part in the Revival display.
