Fetcham Park is located just 5 minutes by car from the historic market town of Leatherhead. There are regular, direct trains to central London from Leatherhead in less than 45 minutes. The M25 is a short drive from Fetcham Park and Heathrow and Gatwick airports are only 45 minutes away

What additional features do you offer?

As a client of Fetcham Park, you will receive preferential rates on our three meeting rooms (The Hankey Room, The Shell Room and The Salon) as well as at our two other Business Centres in Guildford and Fareham. There are nearly 6 acres of landscaped gardens for your use with outside seating and superfast gigabit Wi-Fi available throughout the House and grounds. Bike racks, EV charging points, on-site showers, kitchen facilities, and breakout areas are all available for your convenience. We also offer a car valeting service and daily sandwich delivery

What’s included in a monthly serviced office agreement?

The Licence fee is fully inclusive of items such as running costs, buildings insurance, maintenance, utilities, unlimited tea and Nespresso coffee, filtered still and sparkling water, cabling, and front of house reception services, daily cleaning, and ample parking. Every office is fully furnished with award-winning ergonomic Herman Miller chairs, height adjustable desks and task lighting for your comfort. There are bike racks and on-site showers available and acres of private landscaped grounds with outside seating for you to use

Can I come in at weekends?

Yes – our individual fob system gives you 24/7 secure access to the building

Subject to availability, you may move into your new office space immediately upon receipt of rent and deposit
