Clients are welcome to use our other centres by arrangement. These are Parallel House, Guildford and Cams Hall, Fareham.

Does my time include set-up etc?

Yes - all set-up time is included in the fee.

What catering options are there?

Everything from a freshly made simple sandwich lunch and afternoon tea to cocktails and canapés, and corporate dining. All prepared by our outstanding and trusted local catering partners.

Can I book the meeting rooms by the hour?

The Hankey Room and The Shell Room are available to book by the hour. The Salon is available for a min. booking of half a day.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes - superfast gigabit Wi-Fi is complimentary in every meeting room.

Can I change the layout of my meeting room?

Yes - each meeting room can be configured to suit your event with appropriate notice.

When do I need to book any catering requirements?

For a sandwich lunch we require 24 hours’ notice. For all other catering our team will advise on booking.

Is parking available?

Yes - there is ample free parking at Fetcham Park. Leatherhead is only a 5-minute drive away.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation must be received a full working day before the event; otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of Meeting Room Hire will be charged. When booking more than one room – cancellations cannot be accepted and the full rent will be due – unless re-booked by another client – in which case a 10% administration charge will be made. Catering cannot be cancelled at less than 7 working days’ notice and may still incur a cancellation fee on the meeting rooms booking.
